After buying your prepaid card, it will be recommended for you to set up your Login credentials. There is a maximum of three (3) tries, please follow the instructions carefully.

What’s the use of the portal?

1. Check account balance
2. Change ATM PIN
3. Card to Card Transfer
4. Shows a full transaction history
5. Block the card if stolen or Misplaced

Before you can begin setting up the portal, you will need

1. Client Identification Number: This is a unique 7 – 10 digits number found behind the card, it acts as an Account Number for the Card.
2. One-Time passcode found under the black covered sticker in the A4 paper from the envelope. (Code is 4 digits)
3. Phone Number used in registering the card, a verification code would be sent to it.

If you have all the required information.
Open the Link Below, based on your card type:

• Prepaid Visa card: https://zpl.cm/visacard

1. Select Set up New Account, Enter the client ID and Passcode in step 1 and 2 above (client ID without the zeros in front).
2. Read the instructions carefully on the next page and click next, you will be required to create a username and a new passcode.

Guide: Username should:

1. Be a minimum of 8 characters
2. Should not contain your first or last name
3. Not have blank spaces or special characters (symbols)

Ex: abcdef13

Password Should:

1. Be a minimum of 8 characters, and should not contain your first name.
2. Have a Capital Letter, Number and special character(symbols)

Ex. Abcd@4313

• Set up the security questions with information you can remember always, they will be useful if you need a password reset.
• A verification code will be sent to your phone number on record. Enter the code and click submit.

You have successfully set up your online portal for your card. You can now use the Username and Password you created in your next login.
